Shipping
We enforce all shipping of alcohol laws and regulations. We only ship to the following states:
We use a leading shipping provider, UPS, to fulfill all shipping.
Adult signature required—We require all purchases to be made by someone 21 years of age or older. A signature and driver’s license are required at the time of delivery to verify that the recipient is at least 21 years of age.
Extreme weather shipping—We do our best to ensure that shipments arrive quickly and in good condition. Therefore, in the event of extreme weather at your shipping destination (above 85 degrees Fahrenheit or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit), we will delay shipment until conditions are more favorable. We also recommend overnight shipping to receive packages before 11 am the day after it has been shipped, avoiding hot warehouses or trucks. (UPS summer overnight rates are about the same or cheaper than 2 and 3-day shipping.) Missing or damaged packages—If your order goes missing or is damaged between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as possible. If we cannot dispatch replacement goods within 7 days, we will offer you a full refund.
Undeliverable packages—Orders that can't be delivered will be returned. You will be charged both the return shipping and the cost of reshipping.
Returns
If you’re unhappy with the wine, email us at info@sprucehillwinery.com, and we will refund you the price you paid for the wine minus the original shipping costs. As a general rule, we will require the return of the bottles you haven’t drunk yet at your cost. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
