100% Sauvignon Blanc, Angiolina Vineyard

Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown at Angiolina Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills, a Sustainable WA-certified vineyard. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled young to keep its fresh, vibrant character. It has lively aromas of lemon peel, ripe pineapple, and a hint of minerality.

With its crisp acidity, our Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect food-pairing wine. It’s excellent with creamy, buttery, or lemony dishes like arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette, seafood risotto, or pan-seared halibut with lemony Beurre Blanc sauce. It also pairs wonderfully with sushi, grilled fish, or a light summer salad.
